Dee attended McCormick Theological Seminary and was ordained in 1985.  He spent his first sixteen years of ministry as the head Pastor in churches in Minnesota and Milwaukee, WI.  During the last nine years Dee has served as Interim Pastor at several churches in southeastern Wisconsin.  He views each Interim parish as unique, and focuses on the ongoing life of the church, its relationships, organizational structure, and community life.  Dee feels that a major goal as an Interim Pastor is to encourage and guide the church to come together, able to celebrate its past and look forward to the “new thing” God is doing within it.

Dee and his wife, Kelly, live in Elm Grove.  The Session looks forward to working with Dee as we move through this transition and search for a new Pastor to serve Grace Church.
